  • Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

    Exchange Policy

    At Runak Zunak, we offer exchanges only in case of a size issue. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, you must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the product.

    Important Guidelines for Exchange:

    • We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order, as it is designed specifically for Indian body types and clearly mentions all measurements.

    • To request an exchange, email us at runakzunak@gmail.com with the subject line:
      "Exchange Request - [Your Name]"
      (Example: Exchange Request - Muskan Parmar)

    • The product must be in unused, original condition with all tags intact.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the required size is unavailable, we will offer store credit instead.

    Return & Refund Policy

    Returns and refunds are only applicable if the received product is defective. We follow a three-step quality check to ensure the highest standards, so damage is rare. However, if a product is damaged during delivery, we offer a full refund.

    Eligible Return & Refund Cases:

    A refund is available only if your order was delivered with the following damages:
    Defective fabric
    Fabric has patches or marks on it

    Steps to Claim a Refund:

    1. Unboxing Video & Photos – Take a detailed video while unboxing your package and clear pictures of the defect.

    2. Submit Your Claim – Email us at runakzunak@gmail.com with the subject line:
      "Return & Refund for Damaged Product - [Your Name]"
      (Example: Return & Refund for Co-ord Set - Muskan Parmar)

    3. Wait for Confirmation – Our team will review your claim and notify you of the next steps. If approved, we will arrange a pickup and issue a refund once the product is received.

    🚫 Note:

    • Misprints & minor color differences from website images are not considered defects.

    • Altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Final decision on returns & exchanges rests with Runak Zunak.


    Shipping Policy

    At Runak Zunak, we follow a made-to-order approach to minimize wastage. This means your order goes into production only after confirmation.

    Shipping Timelines

    • Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    • If your order contains multiple products with different timelines, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

    Order Tracking & Notifications

    • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive WhatsApp updates at every step—from dispatch to doorstep delivery.

    Courier & Delivery Responsibility

    • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure smooth deliveries.

    • Runak Zunak is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control.

    • If delivery is not possible due to poor courier service in your area, restricted access, or force majeure events, we will notify you and issue a full refund if necessary.

    Third-Party Delivery Partner

    • We work with third-party courier services, and the delivery executive’s contact details are only shared with the recipient.

    • While we will assist as much as possible, some delivery-related issues may be beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
