Exchanges
- Exchanges will only be made if there is a size issue.
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange.
- No exchanges will be made on customized products.

Returns
- Returns will be made in terms of store credit only.
A full refund will be provided only if your order was delivered with the following damages:
- The fabric is defective
- The fabric has patches or marks on it
Steps to Take if You Receive a Damaged Product:
- Take a detailed video of unboxing the package to show how it was delivered.
- Capture clear pictures of the damaged product.
- Submit your claim with details of the damage, pictures, and videos to runakzunak@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Wait to hear back from our team on the next steps.
🔹 Misprints and color differences from the website are not considered as damage.Once the damage claim is accepted, we will send our delivery partner to pick up the product, and after receiving it, we will process your refund.
